We built a unified, 100% cloud-based platform that schedules, validates, and tracks every surgery from start to finish — with codified business rules, not just forms. The schedule advances on its own through a state machine (no one can skip a step by hand), and no surgery is confirmed until Warehouse physically verifies the material exists. Every surgical instrument case has its own identity and full lifecycle — from "available" to "in surgery" to "washed" and back — eliminating the typical chaos of Excel spreadsheets or paper logs. The whole team stays up to date over WhatsApp — automatic notifications for every status change and a conversational assistant that answers scheduling questions in natural language — the same channel the client already used day to day, with zero learning curve.

The result: an operation that used to depend on someone remembering to cross-check the right information now runs on automatic rules with full traceability (who did what, when, and why).
